Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Items without imprint: Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 10 days. Imprinted items: custom imprinted items are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned. Damaged, defective or misprinted product may be returned for replacement or credit within 30 days of shipment.
Cancellation:
Once an order has been placed and the artwork has been approved, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

1. What format must my artwork be in?
Artwork can be accepted digitally from the following formats:
(min 300 dpi)
Adobe Illustrator format –eps file
Freehand or Coreldraw –ai file
Quark or Indesign –eps file,tif file
Photoshop –psd
2. Will I get a paper proof?
A proof will be e-mailed to you free with every order for approval in advance of production. Production time does not begin until proof is approved and order released for production.
3. Do you have all this items in inventory?
Our goal is to maintain inventory on all of our promotional items. If we do not have available inventory for one of our promotional products, we will either offer you another color of the same item or a similar designated item of equal or greater value.
4. What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for any promotional item is the minimum quantity listed for that item on our web site. There is no minimum order for blank promotional items only imprinted promotional items.
