• The competitor’s product must be an identical product (same brand, model, features and accessories) to that product offered by promosthatrock.com
• The competitor’s product is not a closeout, clearance, open-box, demo or bulk quantity item.
• A Promos That Rock’s offer excludes competitor’s coupons and rebates, auction sites, liquidation sales, typographical errors and pricing below wholesale cost pricing.
• Promos That Rock’s offer excludes wholesale pricing, contract pricing and manufacturer direct pricing.
• The competitor’s price must include any shipping and handling fees to the customer’s location. Most products from Promos That Rock include free shipping.
• Promos That Rock reserves the right to verify and determine whether a competitor’s products and prices reflect a true and fair comparison.
• A Promos That Rock reserves the right to not sell any product below its cost.
• Competitor pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies cannot be price matched by Promos That Rock.
• Price match approvals are valid for 15 days.
• Price match program applies to domestic (U.SA.) sales only.
