How do I get my artwork to the designated site?
You will be able to load your artwork via the Art Transfer link at the top every item page . You can also email your art to designated sites. For detailed contact information, click on Artwork Upload under the items n a product page.
What are the requirements for artwork?
Please review the Art Transfer Requirements under the Art Transfer section of PromosThatrock.com prior to sending art work. In general, files should be compressed (zipped) if over 15MB. We do not recommend emailing large files directly to the sites if your bandwidth is limited or you have known connectivity issues. If your file is large you upload it on our FTP site. Please contact us us art@promosthatrock.com so that we can direct you.
How do I access and use Order Status?
On the login side of promosthatrock.com click on the My account Status link and follow the instructions. You will need your username and password. contact info@PromosThatrock.com.
How can I retrieve Promos That Rock Images for flyers or website use?
PromosThatrock.com has a Low Resolution images available for you to use from each product page on PromosThatrock.com. Open a Product Page. Click the Image tab.
How do I place an order?

The PromosThatrock.com Search Engine will enable you to search and sort your products by price. By clicking on Advanced Search, you can include a more detailed price search by filling in the Minimum to Maximum pricing area.
